§           To prepare financial statement, balance sheet, management reports;

§           To overall coordinate the preparation of budgets an financial forecasts;

§           To provide key financial information to other functions in the company;

§           To interact with supervision level of banks, auditors and tax authorities;

§           To supervise and train accountants;

§           To assist in implementation of accounting system and process;

§           To prepare tax statements and file tax return form;

§           To conduct economic feasibility studies and analysis;

 

§           Bachelor degree or above with major in accounting or related;

§           More than 5 years’ finance or accounting experience in manufacturing industry;

§           With numberical, communication and interpersonal skills;

§           With team spirit and leadership;

§           Familiar with MS Office;

§           With the knowledge of Tax Law, China GAAP and USA GAAP;

§           Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
